Have been a patient since 2004, and still going which shows my commitment to him as the best person to make you look 50 years younger than you are! Professional, a true artist in his work and safe. Also has a great skincare range which I have now started using, and I’m really seeing results.

I have been visiting Dr Prager for the last 4 or 5 years and have always been very pleased with my best improved nature-looking face; people often comment that I look 12 years younger than my actual age! Dr Prager is a true gentleman, charming, witty and full of positive energy; all of his colleagues are really friendly and caring. Five stars all round from me!!!

Dr. Prager is the best dermatologist I have been to, which includes top doctors in New York, Munich and London. His bedside manner is impeccable and his office is incredibly friendly, professional and responsive, with Maria being an absolute star! I have left Dr Prager's office feeling exceptionally taken care of after each visit. His results are subtle but certainly beautiful enhancements. He is honest, highly experienced and even at times recommends against doing certain treatments - which is so rare in this field. Deserving of six stars, if Google had them.

In my opinion Dr. Michael is one of the most skilled injectors in London and is always in an extremely pleasant and friendly attitude which is rare amongst doctors these days. He has always been our number 1 to go to for injectables because he knows exactly what I want and immensely understands the facial aesthetics. However, what always makes us hesitant to book an appointment is his self-important staff. Shame. I just wish the people who pick up the phone/the receptionists, especially Maria, would comply to moral social standards rather than their usual arrogant and obnoxious pompous manner. My mother once thought that they are actually the owners of this clinic rather than Dr. Michael himself, she was genuinely shocked. And not to mention their extremely rude attitude when calling to book an appointment.

Dr Prager is a competent doctor but his clinic is badly managed. The fees are higher than average and there are long waiting times. Also no answer to emails or reply to phone call requests. When I made them aware that I have tried several times to contact them via phone and email, without getting an answer, they didn't apologise. Not worth paying to be treated like this.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s a beautiful clinic and the staff are very friendly but the quality of work from Dr Prager himself is NOT good. I had my lip filler done here in the summer of 2021, it was my first ever time having lip filler and I trusted Dr Prager. I waited weeks to see him but unfortunately he filled my lips VERY unevenly. I was told they would correct themselves over time but they did not. They looked so bad and I had to have them fixed by a more professional doctor. Such a huge waste of money. Don’t trust this place for lip filler. I can’t speak on anything else.

Just fabulous. Will leave you feeling and looking as if you’d had a month in a spa. The best results - refreshed not ‘done’

Michael has a real interest in what his patient wants to achieve, and, more importantly, a really light touch. After the treatment (fillers, in my case) you look exactly as you were on entering, only a little fresher every time -- which is exactly what I was after!

I ordered the Antioxidant Day serum and it's been fantastic. I work outdoors and my skin really needs some extra attention. I'm so glad this protects my face, it smells great and it sinks straight in with just a few drops. My skin definitely looks healthier and more energised. It's been mentioned too, so I'm really pleased to find this range.
