Iv been going to this doctors for over 15 years finally decided to move to a different surgery where the receptionist doesn't make me want to boot them in the face whoever employed the arrogant old women that answers the phones needs to re-evaluate their decision 3they clearly hate their job judging by the attitude they give people who try to phone i attempted to book an appointment to be told i had to phone back at 9am being unable to do so(medical reasons) i was told too bad get somebody else to phone , the actual doctors are amazing the old hagg on the desk needs to find themself a new job
