This surgery used to be good but now it is one of the worst surgeries in Bristol going by reviews. It has too many locum doctors who are unwilling to read your notes and then work with the patient.Often they're not interested in helping the patient but saving money is the practice. Hospital outpatients would like to send information on my health but as there's not any continuity in doctors there isn't much point as the notes won't get read.

Terrible. It is a big struggle to get seen by a doctor. I have had my symptoms for over 2 months and it is just impossible to get help. I think you have to die to get their attention.

I am writing this on behalf of my partner who wishes to remain anonymous, he spoke to a Dr yesterday and discussed getting a test for Autism, he was told to call back and speak to another Dr to make an appointment to discuss the referral and complete a questionnaire, today he phoned as the Dr requested only to be told by Reception that "we don't do that sort of thing here"...so.if Reception can't make an appointment for him to speak to a dr, what do they do!!! It took a lot of courage to make that phone call, now he's very upset. The Doctors are amazing and have a 5 star review, this post does not reflect on the drs in any way.

5/ 5

I have been at this practice since beforeh it's move into the current premises. Throughout that time and in particular the last 10 years, since the onset of my chronic condition, I have been treated with total professionalism and empathy. Throughout the pandemic I have been able to speak to a member of the team and their responses have been both timely and extremely positive. I have just my flu jab, at a dedicated Saturday clinic. It was very well organised and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I have had to wait to get through on the telephone, but this highlights the number of patients using this quality service. I cannot fault the positive approach of all members of the team Thankyou

The receptionist here are nasty as anything they don't ever let you talk and never listen to anything you have to say. I've been hung up on here just for asking to speak to the doctor about me arriving at an appointment and she hung up on me and said no she wouldn't do it and told me she is not going to the doctor to tell him and hung up and was very rude. So I rang back to ask to speak to a manager and I don't know if it was the manager or one of the receptionist pretentending to be the manager but I told her what had happened and she just went so you both just had a bad day then and I said no your receptionist was rude to me spoke down to me and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. The receptionist here are passive aggressive here speak down to you but then act like you were the problem anyway I said to the manager your going to hang up on me aren't you and she said said no I'm not hanging up I'm terminating the call because she couldn't be asked to here what I had to say she did nothing but stick up for her staff. Doctor surgeries are supposed to be there for there patient make them feel better not actually make them feel worse and belittle the patients. This surgeries receptionist are bullies. I've seen multiple people have issues here I've seen people outside the surgery having arguments with the receptionist. The doctors are good but you got to get through the dreaded receptionist who clearly needs more training or to be sacked. Since this happened I haven't wanted to contact the surgery for anything. I dont feel like I can put my trust into this surgery no more.
