After years of negative experiences with doctors surgeries I have found one I can rely on. You can get an appointment on the same day (!) and most of the doctors are really friendly and helpful. I have to mention Lauren, one of the receptionists who went out of her way to help me yesterday. She went above and beyond to rectify an error at the pharmacy and really cared about the situation in a professional and kind way.

Very very helpful 98% of the time, possibly saved my life back in November 2017, by insisting I went to A&E... and I had pneumonia. Never really had any problems getting an appointment. I’m disappointed that all doctors have had to stop doing the repeat prescriptions straight to the chemist, because I’m rubbish at re ordering my tablets so run out all the time....

Excellent communication from the centre. They immediately confirm by text your appointment times and doctor. No waiting in reception and prompt appointments with concerned doctors. Fully recommend. Was one of the main reasons why the family stayed in Toxteth for over 40 years, because of the care we have received from the medical centre.

Attended today for a 4pm appt, used self check in. Usually I wouldn't have bothered the reception staff but after 20 minutes I approached the desk enquiring if there was a delay or if the self check in hadn't connected. I was told you've only been waiting 5 minutes for a 4.15 appt, I explained that I had two texts stating 4pm, the female staff member still insisted she was right and in actual fact the 4pm patient hadn't turned up! Really! I was the 4pm patient for goodness sake who booked in on time and only wanted to check for delays so I could go for a pee!! Never had a problem with the practice before, Drs great, Nurses great, usually great receptive reception staff but a four star for you today. Errors happen so take it on the chin instead of arguing with the proof.

Today I had a heart attack. Also my left hand stopped to work. I went to this medical centre. 2 women sitting there and did not help me, actually she wanted to argue with me and give me more pressure. Horrible reception and customer service. I don't know who is responsible but anyone is responsible for these receptions needs to ask them leave their job. Very bad customer service.

I've been in this surgery for over 4 years and always I had a good experience! When I needed help or advice, the surgery staff was there for me. easy booking system, especially when you need to speak to a doctor. Your gp calls you shortly and if a face to face appointment is needed, you are always asked to come within even 1 hour! If the testing is needed, always you get it! Highly recommended!

Very poor customer service , also I've been trying to contact my Dr, O'Brien for 3 days. Call in morning they asked me call in afternoon time , I called in afternoon they asked me call in morning time, unfortunately the dr did not contact to me after 4 times calling in 3 consecutive days. I have a high pain in my back and vertebrae spine but they don't care about patients' health at all. Awful clinic. 1 star is too much for them.

Absolute nightmares multiple people have had issues with repeat prescriptions at this practice avoid at all costs if you value your health and sanity I’d rather leave the option of 5 bellends rather than 1 star since the staff seem so incompetent, can’t even order meds over the phone you wait in a 30 min queue only to be told you need to email the order In, absolutely incompetent and not helpful to the patients I’m actually surprised no one has sued before
