1000% recommend Doors2Doors. I was so pleased I found this company Rhys was helpful from the moment I walked into his store. His dad (sorry can't remember his name:) went the extra mile for me. My downstairs toilet door opened inwards and was always a squeeze getting in. He changed the door to open outwards therefore making my toilet seem much more roomy. Would recommend to friends and family without hesitation. Love my new doors.

Excellent service by Michael from doors to doors. was recommended by a neighbour. very nice quality and appearance front door. barely made a single scratch on the walls when installing. we were worried as just had the house replastered (skimmed) but not even a tiny chip.

Absolutely awful communication with customers. I ordered 2 doors in December 2020, finally have one of them after pushing in March/April time this year, but am still waiting for the fire door i ordered 8 months later. Now, the waiting period is not really my issue - it's the complete lack of communication and ability to contact the company that is so frustrating. I've e-mailed twice now in 4 weeks, no response. Left facebook messages and attempted to call. No response and just a voicemail saying that they are experiencing high demand. I am very much a patient person but you leave me no choice but to give the company a single star. I am unsure if the company has ceased trading - and another lady has also commented this on the facebook page. I am effectively out of pocket £400+ at this stage with no sign of the goods I ordered. I have given the company until EOD Monday to respond or will be involving trading standards. Avoid!

Doors2Doors fitted solid oak doors throughout our house and an oak and glass staircase. Great service from Rhys and Michael. Very good quality products and a high quality installation. Would definitely recommend.

Advertise stuff they don't actually have and don't tell you until they have taken payment. I asked why they don't say on website when things aren't in stock before taking peoples money. Their answer was that only about 10% of stuff wasn't in stock! Still waiting for my money back. I would avoid using this company it's not worth the hassle. After reading the pathetic response below it really just reinforces the poor review. My 'childish' email asking why they are advertising things as 'in stock'. How was I supposed to know there weren't any in stock in the uk? Whenever I buy something that says in stock I assume it is. Really classy response, nice one good luck!
