Absolutely delighted with door furniture direct. Door handles are stunning and fantastic quality. They were far better quality than any I saw in kitchen show rooms. The team are great to deal with and very responsive. there was a slight delay with stock for some of the handles but it was completely fine and I was kept fully up to date. Have highly recommended to friends and even my kitchen company!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service! ordered some push pull plates 3 almost 4 weeks ago and then told we need to wait another 7 days for delivery, called today to be told we need to wait another 4 days!! told nothing they can do, so discussed with my director who said cancel the order, called to cancel and the conversation went like this: Hi, its Karl from signs express Nottingham, could i please cancel the order i was just talking to you about. DFD "yeah, I've done it" then hung up. how are businesses like this staying afloat is beyond me! TRUST ME WHEN I SAY STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!

It's like Aladdins cave inside this shop, so much choice of door furniture on offer. Staff were very knowledgeable and happy to help.

Fab&fix door knob,delivered quickly but in scratced condition missing consealed fixing plate, not in original packaging and has been used.new item i dont think so.

Shining example. I searched for some time to find a chrome polished letter plate for my front door. I was also looking for a suitable chrome door knob. I am delighted I found Door Furniture Direct. I ordered the door knob and letter plate in the photograph and after a lot of work to sand and repaint the door the new fixings were installed. As you can see these are magnificent products.
