David is very knowledgeable with all the different types of muscle groups and will always take the time to explain to you the job of the certain muscle and why it could be causing you aggravation. The deep tissue massages will leave your muscles feeling like they have been worked but also refreshed and ready for your next training load! David is always polite and very welcoming, I would highly recommend.

Can't recommend David highly enough. He is knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk to and reliable. I’ve had loads of reduction in pain following sports massage and trigger point therapy. And homework to do too in between sessions … :)
