What an outstanding service! Lots of my friends and family use them for good reason, they are super efficient, go above and beyond, very experienced, communication is flawless to. Possibly the most friendly helpful service you could come across. Sara Edwards and Leanne Carter do an outstanding job for my family and friends. I don't usually write a review, but I felt this was the least I could do to say thank you, for all their hard work and dedication. Sorry, I didn't take the take to write this review sooner.

I am sorry to say I am unable to recommend the conveyancing team of this firm.  Mine was an uncomplicated case, the sale only of a vacant property to a cash buyer with no chain.  But from the first day I encountered carelessness, neglect and unnecessary delays.  I was also charged more than promised in the original quotation, but was refused any refund.  Avoid.

Lovely friendly solicitor for probate who talked us through everything and gave us 2 different options. They had a fair price and were very honest with what I needed. I was very happy and wouldn't hesitate if I needed them for anything else. Others I spoke to were just after what they could make off me.

We sold our home and purchased another with Devonalds acting as our solicitors. Whilst the sale of our own property was smooth, the purchase of our new home was full of issues and delays (none of which we're Devonalds fault), as the vendor's own solicitors we're moving very slowly and the house we were purchasing was somewhat unusual and came with some unusual quirks that needed to be resolved before we completed. Despite this, Luke and his team at Devonalds went above and beyond to try to keep the ball rolling on our purchase, speaking with both the vendor's solicitor and estate agent to get answers to outstanding queries and push for a completion date that was sooner, rather than later. I wouldn't hesitate to go with Devonalds again in future.
