Finally,  a practitioner who understands applying multiple disciplines for treating long term, complex conditions. Before coming to Sangi I had tried different therapies for my wrists (tendonitis) and back/neck pain without any lasting change.  I found traditional chiropractic and osteopathic manipulation just caused me greater inflammation by working on where the pain is over and over again without looking at all the links in the body causing it.  The relief was temporary and sometimes I found I had excessive pain after each adjustment. Sangi's assessment revealed that I had trapping in the nerves of my neck supplying my arms and wrists, limited movement in my upper spine and weakness in my core/abdomen.  I also had unresolved anger which was not being released and contributing to the tension. Her treatment worked holistically on all these areas together.  The key difference with Sangi's ability is being able to strategically combine multiple therapies together in each session to fluidly work not simply on the muscles, tendons and ligaments but also the joints, spine, fascia, nerves and underlying causes that all connect together. This was the breakthrough for me. As a result of Sangi's treatment, I've been able to do more physically than I thought possible. I can work at my computer for longer, play multiple sports without the problems in my wrists, back and neck and have more strength throughout my body.

5/ 5

Sangi has allowed me to do something I never thought I could.. For my whole life I’ve been telling myself, and others around me, that I simply ‘cannot run’. Despite being athletic, a 5-minute jog would leave me exhausted and in unrelenting pain in the soles of my feet, shins, calves and back. I just assumed that I was not a runner, and that was the end of it. Sangi was able to look at my whole body biomechanics and myofascial strain patterns that ran through criss crossing lines in my body that I didn't know about and had been stopping me from being able to run without pain. Through a short period of intensive sessions working on my muscles, fascia and alignment of my spine, I began to see dramatic improvements. After the sessions, I found myself on a treadmill and tried casually running for an extended time and found I had no discomfort. This had never happened to me before. Since then, I have had no trouble running and extending time and distance. The sessions themselves, whilst rigorous, were pleasant, due to Sangi’s highly professional and personable attitude. I felt genuinely cared for – Sangi was always thorough in her treatments, and I felt comfortable discussing why these tensions had arisen, and how they could be corrected going forward.
