Deckworld Hot Tubs – Ipswich

Brilliant service from John and his team. Couldn’t be happier to buy from a local provider rather than a big national chain, personal, friendly service and accessible to answer my questions. The tub is great too!!

Installed today so no comment on the tub itself except if it works as good as it looks then I’m happy. As an engineer I had a good look at the tub and it all looks very well engineered with larger pump motors than I expected which is great. The whole purchase experience has been better than perfect, tub was delivered earlier than initially promised and the install was both professional and painless. As a business owner I am used to companies that over promise and under deliver with salesman who you will tell you anything to get an order, John was a breath of fresh air, what you see is what you get, straight talking and very knowledgable without the bull. Couldn’t recommend more, thanks John and team.

We had an overheating hot tub. We were told by a local firm that if John at Deckworld couldn't fix it nobody could. He was extremely helpful and came to work his magic. Now we have a tub that isn't boiling us alive. Highly recommended.

Hired a hot tub from Deck World for a few days. We cannot thank John enough for the service he provided. The family really enjoyed the hot tub and grandchildren were heartbroken when it was collected today. Thank you Deckworld
