What an appalling experience. Vile staff. My daughter arrived desperate for cold and flu medicine for herself and friends 5 minutes before closing and despite being so ill she was turned away from lectures she was shoo'd out the shop by a rude old lady. This place deserves to go out of business.

I use this pharmacy as its extremely handy for me but am considering changing where my prescription is sent due to really poor customer service. Everytime I go in, I am made to feel like I am interrupting there work, been a pain to them and utterly belittled. On 2 occasions incorrect prescriptions has been issued too. All I expect is manners and eye contact, which cost nothing.

Must be one of the worst chemists in York. Can never find your prescription in the numerous plastic boxes, then when they do eventually find it its " can you come back later in the day ". Absolutely useless
