Took payment upfront for two magazine subscriptions - not a single issue was delivered on time. Over a year on, and less than half the issues have been received. The company refuses to give a refund, and repeatedly cite staff issues. Avoid at all costs. EDIT: The owner has now blocked me on Facebook for questioning where my subscription magazines were.
