Staff are excellent. Great knowledge about their specialist areas. I would have given 5 stars but the guy taking the payments for the final handing over of the product was not wearing a face mask. He coughed a few times which we felt on our faces whilst sitting opposite. This was before the latest gov regulations on wearing masks again. Hopefully 5 stars will be back next time.

Never stock what I want😖,i been there multiple times yet had to go home and buy online then wait for delivery😠 so going into store is mostly pointless, talking to a expert (I did Not find one) and taking home on the day doesn't happen here...🤬 but price is right so they still get the sale 🤯(online) after I wasted time going to there store and found the expert advice from online elsewhere

Went look for headphones could not see what wanted So just left it

Not alit of products on display so we had to order online. Lots of staff around but I wasn't bothered by them too much. The black Friday event wasn't great in-store and not much better on line but we eventually ordered something
