On arrival at 4.30pm,reception was closed due to renovations, had to ring a number for our key. No problems there. Room was booked through Bookings.com. Booked and paid for a large double and single bed. Got a large double bed only. Room was small and overdue for a renovation. Amenities supplied, plates, bowls, cups and glasses. No cutlery, not even a teaspoon to stir your coffee. On request the manager did drop some spoons to us. Wine glass was dirty from previous occupier who had drank red wine from it. Ashtray on patio was full of cigarette butts. Shower head either needs a good clean or replacing, as showering was not a good experience. Bed was very comfortable.

Only issues were the lip between the beds and the toilets. These are a trip hazard in the middle of the night. I had issues opening the shampoo without my glasses. Kids loved the amenities and wanted to stay. Not much room in the kitchen area but quite functional.
