Crowne Plaza Plymouth

Read many mixed views online. I stayed here because of the company I work for. The food is good and priced reasonably well for a hotel. Very tidy and clean in the room apart from the blocked sink which got sorted out. Didn't get to try thr leisure suite as was closed during lock down. If you have time here to see some scenery, turn left out of the hotel and see the picturesque light house , rock pools , monuments and many more stuff.

We had read some mixed reviews but absolutely loved it. The food was excellent quality and the staff were attentive but gave us time between courses. It is pricey but worth it and we will definitely be returning

The location is great, so was the room. However, I have to take out major points for the bathroom, that was not cleaned after the previous guest. The bathtub was full of hair and the toilet was broken.

The professionalism, friendliness, cleanliness, level of service, views and food are truly unbeatable. A true holiday abroad in the UK. The staff could not have been more accommodating if they had tried. Spent 5 nights on holiday alone whilst house and job hunting, everyone was exceptionally knowledgeable, took time to talk to me and make me feel very welcomed. Truly feel blessed to have stayed in not just a beautiful place but a place with beautiful people.

Good and spacious room with nice view to sea. Good sized indoor pool, steam and sauna are a plus. Breakfast served are really good. Dinner was okay.. but there are more charges, vat, service and tax on top of this.. Cost of the starter Calamari in regular menu is double the cost from a kids menu, although the dish / quantity served for kids / Adults are exactly the same, which I don't understand.

Very impressed with the Crowne Plaza. Didn't have big expectations - city centre hotel but I was pleasantly surprised. Service at reception was polite and efficient. A good mix of clientele. All areas clean and well staffed. Even the chamber maid was beyond courteous. I would visit again without hesitation. Beautiful decor and nothing looked out of place.

VERY ENJOYABLE STAY The room was clean and a decent size. Ceiling in the bathroom was low when you stood in the bath to have a shower. Breakfast is abundant and of good quality with a fine view. Drinks could have been quicker to be offered and delivered at breakfast. Saying that staff were helpful and polite.

Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed, lovely rooms. Breakfast was tasty with an excellent view! No trouble with car parking. Friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be back!
