Absolutely LOVED this stay and would definitely come back. The staff are so lovely and the room was amazing. When we first arrived I just happened to mention that I had booked for my partner's birthday (honestly not looking for anything, just excited) and as we were leaving to our rooms she produced 2 drink vouchers for ANY drink on the menu as a happy birthday gift. So thoughtful. Got to our room and was blown away with it, so clean and tidy and trendy. We then got straight into our swimwear and down to the spa and loved every second of it. The nights sleep wasn't the greatest. The bed was a little hard for me but... Everyone is different so I didn't mind :) Breakfast was breathtaking! Such a variety of food and drinks! Never have I seen a breakfast buffet like it. Loved all of it! The only draw back I can say and I was quite disappointed, was we were planning on using the spa after breakfast and presumed as we'd stayed the night we could still use it after check out. We did have to pay an extra £20 to be able to use this facility. It is the only thing I was upset with throughout the whole stay as I had booked the hotel for the spa. Thank you so much for a great stay! Will definitely be coming back soon

We have stayed here twice. Very clean hotel. Food and staff are great. There was a 12 month gap between our stays. When we returned the second time, there were 2 brownies in our room with a welcome back note next to them. I was gobsmacked they took the effort. Highly recommended hotel.

We enjoyed a lovely girly spa day, which was quickly ruined by the service when we decided to grab a bite to eat before leaving. When we ordered food we spoke to the member of staff serving us to explain we needed to leave within half an hour so we only ordered sandwiches. They reassured that we would be served before we needed to leave. Unfortunately half an hour came and went, and I ended up eating my miserable sandwich out of a brown paper bag in the car...costing me £16! If it wasn't for the lovely experience in the spa I would award less stars. Such a shame

Good hotel at a good location with good views towards the ships. The rooms are spacious and quite. I didn't had any disturbance during my stay. It also has spa, swimming pool, sona and jacuzzi with restaurant inside. The rooms power plug sockets had usb socket embedded in it which is nice and you could find plug points near the bed which convenient as well. Overall, nice place to stay!

Decent hotel, friendly staff, great facilities (swimming pool!) and nice breakfast. Hot food that is vegan includes hash browns, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes and beans. Receptionist thought they did scrambled tofu but apparently they had no tofu! Great to see the vegan and veggie food is VERY separate from the meat buffet. Gluten free options labelled. Would be great to see the vegan options labelled so you don't have to ask.

We had an excellent stay for my partners birthday. Receptionists were very friendly on arrival and explained everything to us. Everything was simple to book and most facilities were open. We got to use the pool, sauna and steam room during our stay which was unreal. Breakfast was also very good value and the staff were on hand to help all the time. Was close to everywhere we wanted to go and we had a great nights sleep.

Staff are friendly, clean hotel, I had an small issue and the team sorted it out really quickly. The housekeeping team was awesome with my kids left them extra treats and goodies. I would recommend.

Lovely Hotel, friendly staff. We stayed for 3 nights, on the 1st night we stayed on the 4th floor but found it too noisy re the heating units above us, constant droning noise. The next morning we asked if we could move rooms, no problem at all they moved us to the 1st floor, very helpful.
