The park its self isn't too overly interesting, could do with some better shops. The parking company that manages the carpark are a joke. They walk round and watch you like a hawk intimidating you. They jump all over you for everything. Makes me not want to visit here and has made us stay away.

Left with a feeling of uncertainty, plenty of stores but a strange one way system, which forces you to go further into the retail park than you want to. The food outlet choice is poor, and so is the store choice. Unfortunately places like the White Rose centre and Leeds centre itself are much better equipped.

Avoid!! Your time is limited. Private car park company watching and waiting to slap you with a £60 fine. Insufficient notices to make shoppers aware. Utter greed! How people manage to get round these shops plus stop to eat within three hours is beyond me, especially when trying to shop with heavily pregnant daughter. Wish we’d gone elsewhere. Certainly won’t be back. Crown Point Retail land owners - do something to show some loyalty to loyal customers.

Be careful because they have a strict parking limit so just be quick, don't take your time shopping make sure you're in and out quickly, as you'll get a parking ticket. Maybe go to the white rose or the shopping centre in Batley if you would like a more relaxing shopping experience?

I feel like Crown Point has got better in recent years. More variety of shops and a huge car park... What more do you need. I arrived there first thing this morning and to say its 23/12, there was more than enough room to park.

Be aware of parking when shopping here. Went here Christmas shopping & also ate lunch in subway because my one year old was hungry only to be hit with a £100 parking fine. For the size of the place 3 hours is ridiculous, especially if you want to eat lunch too & at this time of year its easy to spend longer in shops when they are busy with queues! Will not be returning!

One stop solution to all my problems, I love heading to crown point every time I need anything! With all the top brands and the M&S foodhall, it's saves a trip to the city centre for those regular grocery runs They've enough parking space available, and beautiful greenery around the shopping complex to give a little break from the hustle bustle of the City centre.

A huge variety of shopping with an excellent range of products. Given the central location this place is really accessible, that said regularly it's a nightmare to get out of.
