I've used Cowling Swift and Kitchin on a few occasions for buying and selling houses and they have always been professional and lovely to work with. Over the last 4 months, what should have been a straight forward buy / sell turned into a bit of a nightmare for me but Gemma and Chris handled it all superbly and helped me out over and above what would have been expected of them. Minus a few quibbles (which were not CSKs fault) the service I received was excellent. Holly and Amber were both wonderful, especially Amber who remained responsive and courteous despite my frequent emails. I would happily recommend them.

CSK were extremely helpful and efficient with my recent conveyancing. I've used them in the past when I've done conveyancing and will use them in the future if I have conveyancing or other legal needs. Easy to give a 5 star reference, I wish everyone were as competent!

Managed to complete the purchase of our new house without many issues. The struggle came afterwards when the previous occupants left loads of their stuff behind. We complained to CSK and they said they would try to help. Three months later and they are ignoring us, leaving us with a garage full of stuff that we shouldn't have to get rid of at our expense. They were happy to take thousands from us to complete but once the sale was done they washed their hands of us. I know for solicitors that time is money but to not respond is bad practice and leaves us feeling helpless.

I used this company when I bought my house nearly 11 years ago. I choose to use them again when selling it this year. It was my first time in selling a house so was a little unsure. I had a lot of questions, and it also was a part owned house so was harder even more so. Holly and Amber were very helpful and my completion day finally arrived after a lot of hard work from them.
