Staff know their regular customers well. It is a somewhat relaxing environment. You can see that there is tension amongst team members, you don't need to look too hard. You can also sense management and staff are not aligned & manager is not in control/slightly erratic. Staff can sometimes be overheard talking negatively about some customers.

Nice Costa. Do filter coffee as well as expressed coffee. Usually have newspapers available.

Love the new app. Can see how far I have to go before I earn a reward. Plus food is always excellent and consistent throughout all branches of Costa Coffee

Always great service and really good coffee made just how I like it. It's my new favourite Costa, and they have a great team here. Lots of fun, easy going, very friendly.

Costa coffee is good everywhere. It opens quite early and closes arround 7pm which is convenient
