Staff know their regular customers well. It is a somewhat relaxing environment. You can see that there is tension amongst team members, you don't need to look too hard. You can also sense management and staff are not aligned & manager is not in control/slightly erratic. Staff can sometimes be overheard talking negatively about some customers.

Always great service and really good coffee made just how I like it. It's my new favourite Costa, and they have a great team here. Lots of fun, easy going, very friendly.

Cakes and tray bakes were well-stocked but poor selection of lunch items- everything in the Christmas theme and nothing vegetarian. Ended up getting Costa instant porridge, only to find out was full of sugar (even though they offer honey with it). Can't fault the service though, friendly and fast on busy afternoon.

Met friends here, centrally located, plenty of seats, although at 12 in the afternoon they had only one sandwich left and three small portions of sausage roll, not good enough.

Stopped in for Soy Hot Choc, tables left with glasses and food, staff incoherent mumbling. Drinks were ok but another costa with low customer service and standards. Normally I go independant cafes but just a random stop by tells me avoid costa. Its okay nothing special could be a lot better with some smiles and cleaning.
