Glad to see you back open again and well done to all the staff. Very well organised and very helpful as usual.

My child has swimming lessons here, they have restrictions in place in and around the building, they have a one way system in place which works better. There's also time inbetween lessons so not many parents waiting.

Nice and helpful staff..but Sauna-Steam not that great..I paid for both and only get to use the Sauna..apparently they have been waiting for parts to fix the Steam room for the past few months..and still not been repaired..Also there are no Lounge chairs to sit on during my time in the Sauna, am very disappointed, its seems they are not in any hurry to get things up and running for you to enjoy your time there

My favourite gym at the moment. Probably because it's close to my house and I'm currently just weight training, but a good selection of weights

Usually go to ponds forge but bit fed up with wanna be athletes and some not all miserable staff probs trying to park and haveing to pay for parking. Different experience at concord lovely helpful staff so easy to park and not full of wanna be athletes trying to hog lanes. Clean warm changing rooms plenty of room all in all a great welcoming venue. 10 out of 10

concord is concord.... staff are pleasant management is good, pool is good sports halls are clean. what more can you ask for 👍 except.... a cheap bottle of water. £1.80 cmon guys

Please could you find a better way off dropping & picking your children up from swimming lessons,and could you provide over shoes as you just don't no what your standing in outside.xx
