Lovely place lovely people, I am in to week 2 of the trial and am loving it, you have an initial assessment and then during the trial they work on your strength, technique and overall fitness. The gym is a busy gym and has people of all abilities who really help you out. So glad I decided on this Gym having researched others these are by far the best fit for me.

Great facility, great staff who put YOUR needs first in a programmed manner that works. I never thought I would be able to lift the weights or do the reps I can do but these guys get the best out of you whilst making it enjoyable at the same time. Not your typical dull gym, no room for egos, the place has a great atmosphere and dare I say it I actually look forward to my sessions and seeing what I can achieve, which isn't something I would have said 8 months ago before I joined. Keep up the great work Chris, Fred and Rob ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
