A slightly roundabout layout for the store makes navigating the isles a slightly more lengthy task then need be but great service from a supermarket giant you usually feel as though you're at your local independent store even though it's far bigger.

Just heard from a friend that an unwell man who was experiencing a bad turn was told he couldn't rest inside. This is not good enough. I for one would not dare go in your shop for fear of me getting I'll and being treated in the same unkind way. Shame Coles Toronto

Absoulutely gob smacked for words in the way that two of staff made a sick man who let them know that he was a diabetic and having a hypo. Whom is also on chemo treatment, told this man is his 60's, I don't care, move out of our store. He has been doing the family shop there for 30years as his wife is unable to do the shopping. Good on you Coles, soooo inhuman!!!
