We had Daniel come onsite for a pool service - very excellent service. On time, very patient to explain everything to us (as new pool owners), knew the equipment well, and even texted us the following day to check if everything was running as expected. Just an overall great experience that is hard to find these days.

I was at Clark Rubber on Thursday I had arranged to have my pool water tested on boxing day at 10 I arrived at 9:40 and waited at the front doorI waited20 minutes I was first in the door And asked to have my water tested To which I was told to come back in an hour or two When I explained I have made arrangements to have my water tested at 10 He explained he was too busy at the moment With other customers At that time there was three staff and 2 customers Including myself Well I thought I was a customer to So I took myself to Poolworks they tested the sample with in 3 min and i walked out with everything i needed which was $267.67 you lost a customer and a sale for a phone call witch you got nothing sorry Dave not good enough after 20 years of loyalty
