I did a men's energiser facial with Faye, and it was really amazing. I felt so hydrated after I was done. Faye gave me a few samples to try, as I have dry skin, and advised me to moisturize everyday. She was a true professional and extremely friendly, she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Thank you very much Faye. I wish you all the best. :)

Visited the Clarins store inside John Lewis with my wife to purchase a present for a family member. Stock was displayed to a high standard and staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of offers available and the assistant offered to gift wrap our purchase free of charge. Well worth our 5* review.
