Worst massage I have ever had, was rough when I asked them to slow down and go softer I got an OK an

Worst massage I have ever had, was rough when I asked them to slow down and go softer I got an OK and a laugh but they just kept going at the same pressure. I paid for 45 minutes and got just on 30 mins. When I left I asked why it was cut short I was told it was because they were busy. I asked for a $20 refund for the difference between a 30min massage and a 45 min massage and all the woman said was sorry over and over again whilst I was being ushered to the door. Do not waste your time here.
