My partner and I have been to many massage places and could say that Chi-Link is one of the best in Brisbane. The therapists are way more professional and technical in general (we tried multiple and were not disappointed). Especially impressed by Annie as she has many years of experience and bases her practice on solid TCM knowledge. She always understood our health problems and offered the right solutions. As a bonus, the service provided by reception staff is always great and easy.

I came for a remedial massage and it was good. Perhaps the scent of the lavender has to improve as you can hardly smell it. The point is that I had a very bad experience at the Queens Plaza Chi Link branch and after a complaint to Chi Link Head Quarters they very kindly offered to rectify the wrong offering a new massage. I did choose to go to Myer Chi Link as is a good place for a massage. It was very good that the company's HQ work with their branches to honour their commitment of aiming to 100% satisfaction of clients. Well do Chi Link HQ and Chi Link Myer Centre. Thanks and regards.

Made an appointment with my partner for a 1 hour deep tissue and relaxation. I had the deep tissue massage which the male masseuse did a great job. I only wish the warming balm oil had a stronger scent as it was describe to make the experience more pleasant. Especially since you have to pay extra for it. I started my massage on time to the appointment but my partner was told 2 minutes to wait, which turned to 15 without communication. He asked for water but was just given a kettle and a cup. In the past I remember being offered hot tea and water. His massage was okay and nothing to write home about.

The reception can barely communicate in English. She said I can make a booking and what time I want to visit. But after I asked I want someone who is qualified for remedial massage, then she said someone else booked and now fully booked today. It’s terrible that they can’t provide anyone who is qualified and they make an excuse. I know that lots of Chinese massage shops have non-qualified staff and provide remedial massage by using other staff’s Health Rebate account to claim money. But I hate to pay Remedial price and get low quality massages from non-qualified staff. Very disappointed at this customer service and it’s sad I cannot chose Zero star on this review.

Came for reflexology with partner. The Masseuse and masseurs keep talking to each other and lose concentration. Overall massage below average. Clean and well maintained. Need improvement.
