Had SNS done on my nails last Thursday. Less than 2 days they were cracked and chipping. Sent them an email to see what they could do for me and I got no response. I live in London and was only visiting the area. Ended up having to get them done again at my regular place yesterday. What a waste of money never have SNS done here. Wish I could post pictures.

I had my nails done here, they turned out nice. However, the staff weren't very nice to the customer

3/ 5

I had my nails done here, they turned out nice. However, the staff weren't very nice to the customers including myself, they weren't bothered on how you'd like the nails to look or if they accidentally cut you. Also they switched between clients so many times, i had about 3 different people doing my nails- no one knew what i wanted so they made me open up a photo about 5 times! Finally, i was all done and ready to pay (via card) and the card machine said £1 and id pay £38 cash when beforehand i asked if i could pay by card.. after i paid they all came out the door and locked up - it was not the closing hours on their door or online !!! Overall Nice Nails , not nice service x
