I'm currently staying here with my partner and we have stayed in plenty of places in Coffs. This place is so tranquil we wish we could stay more than two nights. You get bang for your buck here, staff are friendly and happy to accommodate they even checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. It may need a little more renovations but to complain you would have to be a Karren. Thanks guys!

Having 4 different operators all within the 1 resort was a not a good idea unfortunately. Staff were really lovely and their office is fantastic, but for the price I wouldn’t stay here again. We paid for the deluxe room which was advertised as being the best and most upgraded, but our room was very dated, worn down and our kitchen floor was sticky with a strange smell. I’ve found the outdated and worn rooms is a common theme across all the resorts in Coffs though so next time I’ll just use Airbnb. Hopefully the owners further invest in refurbishment to justify the price.

We are currently staying here and we are so happy. This was a last minute booking due to unforseen circumstances. As we were driving up I was reading some of these Google reviews and I was getting so worried. But honestly, this place is great! We are staying on level four, the room is lovely, clean, tidy, smells good, is a great size for our family and has everything we need. The personal touch of Easter eggs for the Easter weekend was so lovely, it really made it feel like it's a family run values based business. The bed is very comfortable and the bedding is soft and feels lovely to snuggle under. The rooms are a little dated, but really not that badly. The bathrooms are clean, and there is great lighting in all the rooms. The view from our balcony is gorgeous overlooking the gold course. There are kookaburras everywhere, with a couple even flying up to perch on our balcony and say hi! So don't be scared off by some of these negative reviews. I would happily book here again and for longer too! It's a great place to stay. It has a wonderful holiday tropical vibe and the customer service is NEXT LEVEL AWESOME. So many personal touches that make you realise they are here to help you enjoy your stay.

1st day of family holiday with school kids at the Coffs Harbour. After checking in at the resort, we came out for the beach walk in the evening that offered nice wind, beautiful waves and pebbles, the beach was located in walkable distance in private location. Pretty happy to have nice and cozy experience during the walk. Can't wait for the morning walk tomorrow❤

For the price the room was good very clean and had a balcony with a nice view, biggest issue was parking we were their for 3 days and could not get a park undercover the whole time had to park a fair distance away and walk, i can't comment on facilities as we were out all day every day but both the pool and gym looked nice.
