Very helpful and friendly staff and found what I was looking for. I usually buy on line as I do not have a branch local to me.

Visited 26 Feb. Came looking for Pikolinos shoes which were out of stock at this branch but this was no problem to the sales assistant Sarah. My order was taken and Sarah arranged for them to be sent from the Ilkley branch to the York branch where they arrived before lunchtime the next day. Thoroughly professional service and very pleased with the product. Customer service was first class and i absolutely recommend this shop. Thanks again.
