Chaplains is a very respectable and luxurious furniture store in Hatch End. A lot of ideas for the home and very very creative pieces they have. Found this red chair and ball chair. Staff are really friendly too. Store can get quite busy. There is parking available behind the store. Good choice of tables, mirrors, beds and lights.

I've just received my Webby Daybed and I'm thrilled with it. Melvin was really helpful and friendly and communication was great whilst he sourced the fabric for our new seat covers. The delivery guys arrived early and were also very friendly and efficient . I did feel for them as they had a dog and 3 cats to fend off but they did so with a smile. The covers were not easy to fit but we appreciated them doing so. The covers look fab and we are so very pleased. Would definitely recommend Chaplins - great service from everyone we dealt with.
