Central Dental Care london

I think the Dentist that I saw was snappy and almost telling me off rather than giving me advise about my tooth problem. Any question that I asked was taken personally and answer was "i'd have told you if it was..." so I felt like I couldn't even ask questions as it would upset her. Unprofessional. I'm not coming back.

Highly efficient service. Friendly staff and all round great dentist. Would highly recommend!

Don't go there, They charge you £20 deposit just for booking an appointment!!! I just moved in to the Wembley Area. Phoned this practice to make an NHS appointment (made this very clear) and was told to make an appointment and register me they would need a £20 deposit. (They did say that this deposit would be refunded after my first course of treatment). I was miffed by this but paid the deposit. I later read of the internet about NHS dental patients been wrongly charging this by some practices. I phoned NHS England to find out about this "charge" they confirmed this was totally wrong. Later that day I phoned the practice to complain and cancel the appointment (as I found another NHS dentist in the area, who didn't require this bogus deposit and could see me much quicker)and they wriggled out of it by telling me that this wasn't an NHS charge but a private charge and is the policy of the practice for registering patients and they have been doing it for 40 years!!! They did refund the £20 deposit and told me they would have to cancel the appointment, which I didn't mind as I got another appointment elsewhere. I'm surprised that they got any patients if they are charging them £20 up front without if seeing them. I think this is totally wrong to charge this just for taking your name and address and making you an appointment, I've never known a dentist to do this in all my life.

These dentists are INCOMPETENT!! The dentist was unable to see a decay on x-ray... He tried to convince me everything was perfectly fine! No cavities at all! Feeling something wasn't right, I went to another dentist to be told that in fact I had five cavities.... Dentists in this surgery are waste of time and money... Plus upgrade your equipment honestly... Dentistry in Eastern Europe is light years ahead. On a good note, a very friendly reception. The surgery deserves no stars but one for great receptionists...

Have been coming to central Dental care for 3 years for regular checkups. I find the staff very caring and helpful and they have eased my dental phobia greatly, MyMom has to drag me in the first time but now I am glad that I have no dental issues..... highly recommended

The hygienist n dentist are very good but sadly the receptionist (I saw 2 ladies) are patronising, cold, unfriendly, moody. They both need to learn how to deal with customer in a good way. Seems like they don't know what communication skill is. Many times I come to this clinic I hardly see them say hi or bye. Last time i went there, the reception lady open the door when I was going to leave, just that is it. No say bye or whatsoever. Strange.

I have recently visited the wembley branch of central dental care.... And I would definitely recommend this practice!! The staff from the reception team to the nurses and dentists were extremely professional, competent and friendly. I would also like to highlight the cleanliness and easy to follow protocol due to the virus is simple and efficient. My appointment was on time and completed within a timely manner. Thank you for your brilliant service! Happy to have found such a great dental practice for me and my family to visit.

I have been coming here since I was 14 years old. I am now 24 and I've never had a bad thing to say about this dental practice. Always been accommodating and helped me as well as my family throughout the time we have required the service from the dental practice. Dentists as well as the receptionists are welcoming and assuring. Would definitely recommend trying out their service 👏

Recently had an emergency and they promptly offered an appointment. The ladies at reception are helpful and effective.... And Dr Silva made my day with her personal charm and a super quick tooth extraction. She is a good listener too! This practice has provided me with excellent dental care over many years. I find everybody in the practice is very patient focussed.

Great service and great staff! Everyone was very friendly and the reception staff in particular made my son feel very much at ease for his appointment. Our dentist is very professional while also being reassuring, which has encouraged me to stop avoiding g the going to the dentists as I was previously.
