Biggest advantage of this place is it's location, close enough to Windsor castle and near Eton, ideal after busy days of sightseeing. We were sat next to a window overlooking the river. Some of rooms were spacious and private hence good to ask for that when making a booking. Place was vibrant and colourful, the staff tactful, efficient and polite. We enjoyed our steaks. It was an afternoon lovely spent.

Maybe 4* is being a bit to generous, but the service was friendly and efficient. Our main courses were really tasty,so were the puddings. But the starters were pretty dire. Very chewy Calamari!

Food was yummy, would have liked to have some sort of salad(or to opt out frites and have a big amount of green salad), but still yummy food. The best thing about the place was their waiting staff. Very accommodating. Food and location were the cherry on top. Thanks .

We had an extremely enjoyable lunch here BUT there was one serious fault at the end. The good things - the menu, the surroundings, the service, the comfort we're all tops and I would recommend 100%. Unfortunately the bill was not correctly calculated and items which we had not ordered appeared there by mistake. This is still to be resolved. This does not detract from the restaurant itself but is a warning that this can happen and people should be aware.

Overall the food was great, and our waiter was very friendly. We sat outside as we had a small dog, which wasn’t an issue as the view next to the river is lovely. Service was quite slow and it was a struggle to get the waiter’s attention because of the layout of the seating outdoors. They were really understaffed so we understand it is difficult. Would definitely return for the food.
