Very friendly staff, assistants and dentists. There is no such a thing as a wait time if you have booked an appointment. Hygienic clinics and equipment. The stairs to the clinic seem ancient though and need to be renovated. Dr. Nigel Kirk showed an absolutely superior experience. He is very smooth with sedation, soft with upper teeth and fillings, and very fast with a good quality service. The best dentist I have been treated by so far.

Since Simon retired they've just turned into greedy money making ripoffs. Went for a checkup, told my teeth are fine but took an xray just to be sure, charged for that without saying. Also raised prices and tried to force a hygynist appointment at an additional £75 despite saying I didn't need it. After 32 years of being at this dentists I'm furious at all the sneaky ways they're trying to fleece extra money out of people and will not be going back. £61 for a check up when you have good teeth with no signs of decay is disgraceful. This is a lot of money to some of us. Not to mention £20 for just take a glimpse at my 8 year olds teeth too. Will never set foot in Castlegate Dental Centre again!

The whole team are really lovely, make you feel very welcome and make an effort to get to know you too, so appointments usually start with us catching up which is always nice. Excellent care and treatment provided and I must give a special mention to Dr Rachel Clark - an excellent, caring and dedicated dentist who I cannot recommend highly enough.
