Turns out it was an excellent recommendation! David immediately viewed both of my properties and took the time to discuss with me in detail both my requirements and my situation. He gave thorough, considered advice and made a very careful effort to tailor Carter Jonas's services accordingly. He quickly booked an excellent photographer for one of the properties and the office posted a beautiful advert. Viewings were immediate and by the Monday immediately following the first weekend's viewings, the property was reserved for incoming tenants. David took care to ensure that references were secured as quickly as possible and my communications with him were consistently excellent. David has done a superb job and I shall be very happy to work with him again in the future.

As a tenant I wouldn’t usually be minded to say kind things about a lettings agent. However the staff at the Micklegate office were all professional, courteous, and helpful. They do the simple but important things well: respond promptly to voicemails and emails, and always arrive on time to viewings (a lot of lettings agents can’t say that!). Keep doing what you’re doing.
