Byron is a top guy, I haven't long bought a caravan and couldn't get the lights to work and the and the brakes needed looking at. I also had trouble wiring up the electrics kit to my car. He sorted out the caravan and and the car in a very timely manner and I couldn't couldn't t fault the price! Thanks again.

After being let down by another towbar installer, we had to make do and pack as much stuff into our van as we could and hope to find a fitter in Wales - where we were heading for a few days camping. I found Caravan Master online and contacted them for a quote. They immediately replied with a figure that was £200 cheaper than my original quote! I booked with them straight away and arranged a date to have the work done. We drove an hour and a half to Pontyclun, dropped the van off and went in search for breakfast (the owner even offered to take us into town before starting the work but we decided to walk as the weather was nice). After a few hours, we had had breakfast and done some shopping and were just sitting down for a well earned coffee, Byron - the owner - called to say the work was done and again offered to come and collect us! We declined his offer and I walked back - the wife was having her hair done! - to collect the van. The work was more than he had expected - he had to remove seats and carpets to install the wiring - but I was still only charged the original quoted price - very nice indeed! If you are ever in Wales and need work doing on your caravan or camper van, then this is the place to go! Highly recommended!
