Thank you Cannelle Medispa! I cannot recommend Cannelle Medispa enough. I had an awful tattoo in my misspent youth which I had chosen on the spear of the moment. A decision I almost immediately regreted. I’ve had to live with this nightmare on my leg ever since. At first I didn’t have much faith in the tattoo laser removal treatment working. I just thought well what have I got to lose. I was told I must wait 6 weeks between treatments, the first was painful enough I contemplated not returning. Then I saw the results, the reduction in colour and much of the filling in of the tattoo had disappeared. The therapists at Cannelle offered first class service, from the support I was offered before, during and after each treatment, with their constant professionalism, knowledge and expertise making this whole process a lot easier. With 5 treatments complete you can hardly make out the tattoo. I can wear my shorts again without feeling awkward or embarrassed. This has been a real life changer for me. Thanks once again Cannelle. Great massage here as well as all the other spa services. Drift off into heaven for an hour while lovely French girls take care of you, what more could you want?

This is a truly horrible place. On the 08/02/2019. For a start there is absolutely NO parking, having been misinformed by the owner or a therapist. Then upon arriving, one of the therapists, edina rescheduled my back, shoulders and arm wax for the monday 11/02/2019. I then receive an astoundingly rude message from either the therapist or, to be honest no idea! Their english is so shocking that I had to replay the message!! I was told I had asked an inappropriate question regarding a treatment which is clearly listed under mens, brazilian, which they don't carry out, which by the way is false advertising! Clearly they are very wierd and possess not even an ounce of class nor intelligence! They offer it for women but not men, VERY discriminative! I will NOT be recommending any woman to this salon! They seem to misunderstand and jump to the conclusion that some men who go, exploit the service and ask for more...

I have used this salon for years. The staff are always lovely and friendly and really professional. Treatments are fantastic, micro-needling and lash lift are my favourite. Relaxing atmosphere and they use lovely products. The therapists are always so good at recommending what you need for your skin.

Completely rejuvenating and lovely, every time. I have treated myself to pampering sessions at Cannelle in Summertown for years now. The staff put you at ease and always deliver professional treatments. I have never been disappointed. I had Lucy and Roxanne do my pre-wedding make-up. The service was outstanding; they came to my house early and had time to do all of my bridesmaids, mum and I. They listen to what you want and then do it better than you hope for. They gave us the best start to the day; we all felt amazing. I can recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you Cannelle!

Lauren was fabulous as normal in performing my treatment. I always feel comfortable and confident when I’m in the salon with her. She always make me feel at ease and never uncomfortable when I’m having quite an intimate treatment! Would recommend Lauren and the salon 100%.

I had a consultation with Monika for a microblading treatment. Monika was very professional and objective. She explained the treatment in great detail and also the aftercare and the results expected depending on different factors. I'm very happy with the information, didn't have many questions to ask as everything was covered so I feel reassured to go ahead with the treatment. Her timing is immaculate as well. The before and after photos she showed me of her work were fantastic, more of them should be available on the salon website, for clients to see. Thank you
