Always used audi, they are superb at customer service and are always happy to help with all your needs. This obviously comes at a cost, but it's worth the little extra if your an audi driver to get peace of mind you are going to get the best possible service for your car.

Make sure you ask for Sam, you won’t be disappointed!!! Sam was incredible from start to finish! He helped me out after having an awful experience with another dealership. He got everything sorted out for me within 30 minutes something that the other dealership were incapable of doing! Sam is so lovely and really knows his stuff. So approachable and genuine. Nothing was ever too much for them. Got everything sorted in a short amount of time and I was able to pick the car up at a time that was good for myself with no hassle. The car is incredible. Again after not being told everything about the car at the first dealership and infact being told the wrong thing Sam put everything right and spent time with me going through everything. I honestly can’t recommend Sam enough! He really knows everything. Just can’t recommend Brighton Audi enough! Next time it comes to buying a car I won’t think twice about going back to Sam and the guys at Brighton! Thank you again Sam!
