It was a very easy process getting a car off this branch. Andrew made it very easy and explained everything in much detail. If you are going to chose Audi, do go straight to Andrew because he is a top fella.

Good customer service. Sad to see their eTron is not centre stage, through. That car looks amazing.

Always used audi, they are superb at customer service and are always happy to help with all your needs. This obviously comes at a cost, but it's worth the little extra if your an audi driver to get peace of mind you are going to get the best possible service for your car.

Make sure you ask for Sam, you won’t be disappointed!!! Sam was incredible from start to finish! He helped me out after having an awful experience with another dealership. He got everything sorted out for me within 30 minutes something that the other dealership were incapable of doing! Sam is so lovely and really knows his stuff. So approachable and genuine. Nothing was ever too much for them. Got everything sorted in a short amount of time and I was able to pick the car up at a time that was good for myself with no hassle. The car is incredible. Again after not being told everything about the car at the first dealership and infact being told the wrong thing Sam put everything right and spent time with me going through everything. I honestly can’t recommend Sam enough! He really knows everything. Just can’t recommend Brighton Audi enough! Next time it comes to buying a car I won’t think twice about going back to Sam and the guys at Brighton! Thank you again Sam!

I have called 4 times now to be told on every occasion that someone will call me back, I need a full service and a quote for it upfront, which personally I do not believe is a difficult transaction. If you are going to say someone will call you back, then do it. I run a business myself and if my staff had the same lack of decency or respect for customers they wouldn't be working for me much longer. I've always bought through Audi but its safe to say that sadly Ill be moving away from them. I wonder if someone will call me now?

Just had a great service and MOT for my Audi A4 Avant. Thorough, everything was explained clearly by video before the work was carried out and the price as usual when I have taken my car in for a service here in previous years was also reasonable. Very pleasant experience.

Not impressed. Visited this branch recently to view a Q4 Sportback that is rarely available to view in the flesh. During the 25 minutes we were there, not one staff member approached us to discuss. They seemed too busy broadcasting their weekend sales figures across the showroom. Eventually, we approached a chap at the desk to ask a few questions about the car. He wasn’t overly friendly and didn’t even get out his seat to show us around the car, despite my wife declaring (albeit too loudly for my liking), “I love it - buy it”. We loved the car, and are super excited to now have one on order - But not from this branch!

Swanky and spanking clean, friendly service/staff, and effective resolution. Impressive!

Jake was very helpful and explained in great details with patience, though did not end up offering a good discount!
