80 % of the Receptionist awful, if you manage to get to speak to Karen she is very helpful & great customer service Very hard to get appointment have to book emergency app and even then it's hard fo t like yo take emergency app but have to other wise you won't get one if you call today no app till October. Doctors Excellent x

Review

This surgery was once a well run and valuable community facility. The staff were polite, efficient and helpful. There’s been a change in reception personnel and the entire surgery has gone downhill since. It appears that they have recruited staff to cater for non-English speaking patients and the new staff seriously lack professionalism, tact and courtesy. It’s now nearly impossible to get an appointment. It’s a shame because the doctors are generally very good. Thank goodness that they haven’t changed the excellent Secretary. As a patient, if you want a decent service, you have to either rely on registering for booking appointments online or go to the local walk-in centre.

It only gets one star as its not possible to leave a review without a rating. Staff are awful, rude and offensive. As a manager within social care I dont think I have ever experienced such unprofessionalism. Mihela lead nurse made presumptions on medical treatment being received and why and was disgustingly rude when corrected. Stating she is older than me and I must show her respect!! I will be making a formal complaint.

Review

Professional & caring across all staff groups. I wonder what patients expect when I read previous reviews. Do people not realise that the NHS is desperately under funded because we have a Tory Government who have chosen unnecessary reform & austerity.
