Staff were helpful. I was hesitant to go here because of all these one star reviews but the staff aren't rude. One was a little brusque but you can't expect everyone to be sunshine and daisies 24/7! (Especially when they're busy.) Don't worry about it, the 1 stars are being silly.

Rude, absolutely unhelpful and given wrong information about a parcel, causing massive inconvenience.

Excellent post office ! Staff are helpful, the only one I like to use. Not just for posting items or getting cash, they're handy for amazon hub or local collect as well. 10/10

This is my local Post Office and I feel very grateful for it. I always receive good service and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Any queries are dealt with promptly and professionally. I very rarely have to even state the postal service I would like, because the staff are so attentive they recall my preferences - how good is that!

By far the best Post Office in York and certainly the most down to earth staff. Always dead friendy. Even gives us courtesy calls to advise us we need to top up our account when low. They go out the way to help. We stopped using the "other near by" Post Office even though its closer to home simply because the comparison between the two is so noticeable. 5 stars from me
