5/ 5

I am relieved this force are so prevalent on our local area network. Whether it's searching for bombs, or dealing with the rise in verbal abuse toward mask wearers. Pre-pandemic, if I was ever travelling home from visiting London, I always felt safer knowing the BTP were on board. I've had several reasons to contact them over the years and today I was grateful for such a fast response to my text followed by a kind call to triple check I was OK and to enquire if I needed any victim support. Very touched by their kindness today. Thank you for being there and caring. It meant a lot to me. Travellers: save the BTP number in your phone - you never know when you might need it.
