The old Indian women behind the counter is very slow when serving customers. Poor customer service and either eating while talking or on her mobile phone while your standing in front of her waiting to be served. She tried to say my parcel would cost me £30 for recorded delivery because of the length. Although when I checked online it says it only cost £12.12. I would never use this post office again.

Extremely rude old lady who works here. She shouted at a young man who was gaving difficulty understanding. Joked about him with customers standing behind. Lack of customer service

There's an old Lady called Jogi Bamra. Very rude and uneducated old Indian woman. She brings the old school Indian caste mentality to the UK not realising this isn't India! Try to avoid this post office if you can.

This post office has the worst service, on Friday 10th May, sent an envelope by special delivery, this has still not got to its destination, and to my horror, it was only sent as a recorded delivery, now my important documents are missing and there is no way of tracking them, absolutely horrible service, none of the telephone numbers work for this post office. Please use another post office to avoid this kind of mess.

The lady who serves at this post office is nice enough, but she's so slow, maybe scared of making mistakes. She checks things again and again. It seems beyond her. It takes ages. Maybe give her some training. She's a huge improvement on the horrible young lady who used to work here, she was rude and aggressive.
