Been a member of this surgery for well over 10 years and I've nothing but praise for their service. With today 'me first' attitude you'll never please everyone. The receptionists job is to sift the chaff from the grain so if you seriously need to see a doctor, put your point across. Great wheelchair access.

Took me 185 times to get through to a doctors again. Been trying to get an appointment. Guess what all they offer is the walk In centre. You cant get a doctor to phone you you have to wait over a week. There's always plenty of doctors on walk in clinics not for appointments. Absolutely joke disgusting of a service . If they know problem why don't they sort it out. When u go to walk in they only deal with one complaint. Last time went to walk there for 5 hrs joke overcrowded. When your ill its makes u even worse. A third world country has better service than this. Appalling

unfortunately i cannot select 0 stars!! this practice is an absolute shambles .You ring at 8am but the line is busy for a good two hours it does not even put you in the queue. then eventually after dialing 120 times when you finally get through surprise surprise no appointments. I have called today to get an appointment for my 3 year old who cannot breath due to her excessive cough she has at night apparently this is not an emergency because she has no other symptoms as in feeling unwell. it is a joke that i can never ever get an appointment in this place. yet when i do manage to go in the place is empty there are no patients. these doctors get paid well over the odds and they work half a day and the rest of us have to suffer. SORT IT OUT!!! i Have been with this practice 2 years and it seems to be getting worse by the day . How hard is it to have another phone line or even let us book in advance.

2nd telephone appointment missed , they've clearly sent me a time 10.45 to 11. Phoned up surgery to find out what was happening and got told I shouldn't have a time and the nurse could phone anytime up to 6 !!! Sick of getting fobbed off by this place . They were very good until they merged with Highfield and Covid came along , now I wouldn't trust them .
