BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. Kabir wrote to me in November to tell me my 12 month contract at £20 per month was ending. He offered £40 a month if I chose to renew. I did not renew. My contract finished and you would think that was the end of it, WRONG. Bourton Mill continued taking £20 a month for membership that they told me was £40, that I did not renew. With the hullabaloo going on with Covid, I didn’t notice until yesterday that the payments were going out by Direct Debit. I messaged them straight away and received abysmal customer service from Kabir. No wonder Gyms and health clubs get bad press for ruthless behaviour with contracts. The moral of this story is don’t assume they won’t take money if you don’t renew. They hide behind small print for the sake of a few pounds, regardless of the bad reputation they earn.

Great gym. Small but well equipped and has it's busy and quieter times like any other gym. Staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable with some amazing PT's. Pool and sauna clean and well looked after. Also can't wait for the new fitness studio coming soon. Highly recommend this place!
