This Boots is so massively disorganised. It really needs new management and a shake up. Prescriptions are invariably late (I returned on 5 consecutive days one month after being told it would be ready). About the worst and slowest Boots I have ever encountered. The Regional Manager should take a close look.

Awful. Receive texts starting my prescription is ready for collection. I go there to collect it and it’s not there and hasn’t even been requested. Such a waste of time and staff are very unhelpful and don’t seem to know what they’re doing half the time. However they are very friendly.
