The ladies are always helpful, they actively listen too. Their male colleagues are often inclined not to be attentive and are slow to serve at all and are barely polite. Whilst waiting on Saturday morning behind seven other Pharmacy customers, had the opportunity to observe how scruffy the shop is whist snaking round the store, additionally, how badly merchandised it was, not to mention 2 out of date products within a metre of each other! The store's only convenience, is getting there easily and parking spaces.

Female staff lovely. Male pharmacist walking bandy due to him straddling a fence! Try Boots in Burnage or Stockport instead. Went to Wells and got what the Boots pharmacist wouldn't prescribe. The medicine I wanted was on Boots website in different forms but Pharmacist said I couldn't buy over the counter? No it wasnt a controlled drug either. So not helpful but smiled with his rejection.

This is a fantastic boots store. All staff without exception are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff always give me the impression that they are professionally knowledgeable and I know many people who have been helped and reassured by them. I want to say a special thank you to Julie and Melissa who always go the extra mile for me. At this horrendous time I want to say a huge thank you to these key workers. Your lovely attitude doesn’t go unnoticed and I am very grateful you continue to serve the public.
