Yessss..... I was unfortunately staying in Bristol children's hospital with Ronnie, my baby boy who is 1 year old and he's got sever heamophilia type A so if he cuts himself he doesn't stop bleeding so we have to inject him every other day with the factor 8 clotting agent for his blood. I had to visit the boots chemist EVERY SINGLE DAY because I had to collect my methadone script and the staff and pharmacist were lovely. Very helpful and understanding. They made the bad situation myself and my husband and baby were in not so bad. Xx

3/ 5

Very small boots that could probably do with a self service checkout to reduce queues. Irritatingly there only seems to be one pharmacist who always seems to be on lunch (1-2). I don't know if it is just me but I can often only get my prescription at lunch. As it is a working area in the centre where a lot of customers will be working, and pop in during lunch break, better pharmacy cover or a tweak in their hours might help? Staff friendly and always good service.
