Took my Grand-kids yesterday. Couldn't praise the staff enough on duty to their quick response of a child who got into difficulty. Can't believe the mum let the child out of her sight though when he wasn't a strong swimmer?? Well done to the staff on duty for keeping our children safe.

I haven't been to bootle baths for years. Took my son yesterday and we had a good time. I do have 1 complaint about the hairdryers. The 1 I tried didn't work so I went to the locker (no.009) and next thing my son (nearly 3) screamed and cried. He got an electric shock off it. There was no sort of protection on the end and he had touched the metal inside and got a shock. I'll call tomorrow to speak to someone about it.
