Very disappointed today after returning a faulty Top which shrunk after the first wash.Got virtually called a lyer by the Manager -Superwiser. She said nobody else returned the Top which is not my Problem. Faulty goods can be returned and a Refund must be offered. I got it in the End but it's not my Idea of shopping. Certainly wouldn't recomend the Shop. Mabe Staff needs a bit more People Skill before let loose on there Customers

So sad this shop is closing, esp after over a hundred years this company has provided women with lovely stylish clothes.

Never had any problems. Very good staff always ready to help in any way. Always get my orders there and you have excellent staff. Manageress always remembers me and asks about my well being. Would highly recommend to anyone. Clothes always true t size and very good quality. Thank you for your service xxx

Lovely selection of clothes up to large sizes

Popped in when visiting Liverpool didn't realise there was a bon Marche there, went in to see what was in there got a 10% stamp card and luckily had a pair of the grey jeans in, which was great usually have to order them and if the wife gets anything she sends it to the store in Rhyl, where we're from, nothing else sprung out, at that point they hadn't heard about their store closing we were talking to two ladies in there which is good news! Our local one is Rhyl and the ladies are great in there as well, They were really nice and very nice to have a chat too😊 would really recommend here all set out nicely
