My consultant, Mr Press, was first class before, during and after my total knee replacement. After only seven weeks I am walking with no real issues and contemplating an early return to work. I cannot thank Mr Press enough and would totally recommend him to anyone who may be considering Orthopaedic Surgery.

I wish there was more choice of private hospitals.... Parking here is always really hard and have to park out on the dual lane road, waiting rooms are often full with no seating, a bit grubby. A few years ago you got coffee while you waited but now it's £2 from a mediocre machine. Even my insurance provider suggested I try a different hospital! Shame as the consultants working here are great.

Def the best hospital experience I've had. Staff from reception to Consultants are 2nd to none in your time of need. Couldn't fault anything in my stay. Yes Parking isn't great but there's a few options locally for visitors etc. If you've trouble walki g there is a drop off area else some local areas to drop the car.

I was referred to Ross Hall by NHS. I want to express my thanks & appreciation for the wonderful treatment & care I received following my gynaecology surgery. My consultant Mr. Andrew Paterson spoke with clarity and explained everything. I knew I was in good hands. Thanks also to the operating staff & everyone who cared for me when I was in Room 241. My physiotherapist Lynn Moffat who gave me the support & encouragement I needed for taking my first steps on the road to my rehabilitation. I would certainly recommend Ross Hall Hospital.

The Staff were excellent and more than helpful. They made my stay so comfortable and I just had to ask and it was no problem. I also was not just another patient but a person.

My husband had a cataract removed by Mr Gerard McGowan at BMI Ross Hall last November. He was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and easily the whole process was completed. Mr McGowan made him feel quite at ease, and has achieved a wonderful result; my husband says it’s “like having a new eye”. He has nothing but praise for the surgeon, and indeed all the staff he encountered at Ross Hall. To be honest, “going private” was forced onto him by necessity, as he faced an intolerable wait under the NHS. But it has definitely been money well spent.

Attended last Thursday dinner time to see neurologist Dr Heath. Have autism was nervous and had overload as never been before. The gatehouse staff were fantastic explained things kept me calm the reception were above reproach they kept and eye on me and were very friendly and explained things clearly. The staff upstairs and Dr Heath were sensational kept joking with me to keep me calm Dr Heath is a credit to the profession there was also a receptionist waiting down stairs to make sure I was ok to go home and make sure I knew where I was heading they even called to make sure I got home safely. The standard of professionalism and support i received is the best I can remember anywhere ever you are all stars and you made 1 nervous autistic person feel very welcome and at ease thank you so much xx

5/ 5

Glad to have the opportunity to express my grateful thanks for the treatment I received at Eye Care Scotland, BMI Ross Hall hospital. I've had cataracts removed from both eyes, the second being about a month ago. The result was, literally, life-changing as not only am I able to see clearly for the first time in years but being able to do so has restored so much of the joy to my life. Mr. Mantry performed the surgery after which I had no discomfort at all. His consultation told me everything I needed to know about the surgery and calmed my fears. HIs skill in the theatre made the surgery go very quickly, without incident and left me with no discomfort. The staff at Eye Care Scotland were superb. Cheerful, knowledgeable and efficient, their skills and hard work made me comfortable and made sure that examinations, the consultation, surgery and follow-up were all done remarkably well and in a happy atmosphere. All-in-all, flawless.
