I am an extremely nervous patient. Like some, my fears stem from having a stereotypical hardened dentist/butcher as a child. I've now seen both the dentist and hygienist at Bishopthorpe and both of them showed me immense kindness and an understanding of my fears at my initial appointment. They were incredibly patient, and were happy to go at a pace I felt comfortable with. The girls I've spoken with on reception have been great too!
